From setting up at campsites to sorting out dinner, ensuring a secure night's sleep, and even helping you decide where to go – I've got you covered. I personally designed Shelly to be user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to navigate from point A to B. Your booking will include handy information guides on everything from sourcing all things required for dinner, to charging your laptops, to the perfect lighting for a game of Uno or a nice book read. Let's make your van life experience smooth and enjoyable!
Hiring rules
- No smoking, vaping or candles indoors
- Emergency If any issues occur, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- Damage If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- No offroad, beach driving
- Unsealed roads to be preapproved in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Long Trips Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 300km per day
- Fuel Return full of Unleaded (No E10*) All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- Cleaning Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charges through the system
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Emma 5.0I took Shelley on about a two week trip up the coast. Isabella was absolutely amazing extremely professional kind and understanding. She walked me through the whole process and really assisted me as Im someone who hasnt travelled solo before. dealt with any issues amazingly and everything ran very smooth. I will definitely recommend hiring Shelly. I had an amazing trip.
