Hiring rules

General Rules
Strictly No Smoking – Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan. Evidence of smoking will result in a $300.00 deep cleaning fee.
Pets Welcome – Wellbehaved pets are allowed with prior approval. You are responsible for any mess or damage caused by pets.
No OffRoad Use – This caravan is for sealed road use only.
Driver Requirements – The driver must be 25 years or older and hold a full, valid driver’s licence.
Tow Vehicle Rating – Your vehicle must be rated to tow at least 2,400 kg braked.
🧰 Towing Equipment
Electric Brake Controller – Required by law. Can be provided at additional cost if your vehicle does not have one installed.
Towing Mirrors – Compulsory for safety and legal reasons. Can be supplied for an additional fee if required.
🧼 Cleanliness & Use
Return Clean – Please return the caravan clean inside and out. A $120.00 cleaning fee applies if it is returned dirty.
Toilet Cassette – Must be emptied and rinsed before return. A $150.00 fee applies if left full.
No Open Flames – Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
🛏️ Occupancy & Use
Maximum Occupancy – Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults only. No extra guests without prior approval.
No Rear Towing – Towing of trailers, boats, or any vehicle behind the caravan is not allowed.
Awnings/Windows – Must be closed during windy weather or when unattended.
Tyres – The hirer is responsible for punctures during the hire period.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $100.00 per day
Service fee: $120.00
Delivery fee: $2.50 per km

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
