All hoses, ramps, chocks and electrical lead included in hire cost. Full rundown on use will be provided before leaving with the van. This is our family van so please treat our van as if it were your own.

Hiring rules

  • No Smoking in van $500.00 Cleaning fee.
  • Ensure toilet cassette is clean prior to return $120.00 Cleaning fee if returned dirty.
  • Ensure van is returned in same condition as accepted eg. clean floors, wipe benches, clean shower and toilet, clean outside of van. Internal cleaning supplies supplied. $500.00 cleaning fee if van not cleaned.
  • No offroad use unless prior approval.
  • 10km dirt road to campground accepted.
  • Linen provided for $50.00 fee.
  • Webber baby q with cleaning equipment available. $40.00 hire fee.
  • Cutlery, dinnerware and cups provided for four people.
  • Outside folding table provided.
  • Brake controller required by hirer. Tow vehicle must have a working brake controller.
  • 12 pin trailer plug. Adaptor required by hirer.
  • Fridge will be cold for pickup.
  • No beach towing.
  • No animals allowed inside of caravan.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
