Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Loved our camping trip with this camp trailer, highly recommend, clean and tidy, had everything we needed and easy handover will definitely be hiring again

    No info on what pin or hitch that was required. We had to cancel because we could not remove the standard 50mm ball. Poor communication and no indication that a special hitch was required. Now they are refusing to refund. I now have to go through small claims to retrieve refund. They never even offered partial refund.

    We had a great trip up to double island, second time we hired the van and again it didn't disapoint

    We took Rob up to double Island for a weekend and had a great time, the van was a dream to tow and had plenty enough room.. The handover was easy and any questions we had were answered
