No info on what pin or hitch that was required. We had to cancel because we could not remove the standard 50mm ball. Poor communication and no indication that a special hitch was required. Now they are refusing to refund. I now have to go through small claims to retrieve refund. They never even offered partial refund.

We took Rob up to double Island for a weekend and had a great time, the van was a dream to tow and had plenty enough room.. The handover was easy and any questions we had were answered
