Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Brooke 5.0We hired Betsy for a night & couldnt have been happier. Tanias communication was amazing and worked with us for pick up and drop off. Betsy was nice and clean and have everything we needed. We literally needed chairs and food and we were good to go. We would hire Betsy again!

Had a fridge, sink, cooking stove and utensils supplied, washing up liquid, cloths, washing hanger, table, beach umbrella, mirror. The van was reliable with no issues. Tanias communication was excellent, always replying to messages promptly and even gave us some recommendations for campsites. Couldnt recommend enough!
