Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jake was fantastic with communication, friendly, responsive, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The bed is incredibly easy to set up and when folded away, theres loads of space. We had a full day of heavy rain but still felt comfortable. I was able to work from the van while my partner made breakfast, which says a lot about how well-designed it is. Everything you need is included, and its all easy to use. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into setting it up. We will definitely book again!

Kieran 5.05-star camping. Paquita was an amazing blend of stylish touches with functional and comfortable inclusions. The induction stove top was super helpful for quick cookups, and the table setting with 240V power made it a perfect for a blended work/holiday getaway where I could stay connected between all the fun stuff. Would definitely recommend!
