Hiring rules
- Generous daily 250 kilometre allowance. Calculated over whole trip length, so for a 5 day booking, you can travel 1.250km. $0.50 for each additional kilometre.
- Pets and festivals must be approved in writing.
- No smoking.
- No offroad.
- Pick up: Anytime from 9am
- Drop Off: Anytime until 5pm in summer and anytime until 4pm in winter.
- Return van with full tank of diesel.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Julia and Sam have thought of everything and clearly put a lot of care and attention to detail when making these vans - everything just works and fits perfectly! Heaps of space and easy to drive. Fits neatly into most regular parking places too. Their communication was great too and were happy to help if it was needed. Would highly recommend!
