We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this campervan it truly exceeded our expectations. The interior is beautifully styled, modern with a warm, cosy feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Everything was spotless on pickup. The layout is thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage and practical touches throughout. The big bed is super spacious and extremely comfortable we slept so well every night after long days of exploring. The van is also very well equipped and we especially loved the exterior shower such a great feature after the beach or a hike. Everything worked perfectly and made travelling easy and stress-free. Julia and Sam are absolutely lovely welcoming, kind, and fantastic to communicate with. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process seamless from start to finish. You can really see the care and pride they put into both their van and their guests experience. We wouldnt hesitate to book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable road trip!

We had a fantastic trip down the north coast of NSW. The van was well maintained and great drive. All communication was smooth making the process of hiring easy.

Julia and Sam and Riley are one heck of a trio. The communication was so smooth. Riley ran like a dream and she beat all my expectations. Everything worked so amazing and she didnt skip a beat. Cannot recommend getting Riley and going for some van life adventure!

DO IT! BOOK THE VAN! This had everything I needed for my short trip (2 nights). I love that all the conveniences were thought about and included (camping chairs & table, kitchen cleaning items and appliances) which made it easy for me to just pick up and go after handover. It was very clean and spacious! Everything was just as the pictures showed. I will definently book again.

Living the real Australia on wheels. This van hasnt just taken us places its been part of the journey. Solid, comfortable, smartly set up and built for real road life. No stress, no shortcuts, just pure freedom done right. Australia hits different when the van delivers.

We had a great time taking Riley from Brisbane to Stanthorpe and then through to Tamworth for the Country Music Festival and then back! We stayed at unpowered sites for 3 nights, and had no issue with the water or fans etc (didnt realise prior to booking you can use the aircon if not powered) We had three adults stay in the van! We stopped at watering holes on the way back so the shower/s on board were super helpful! Julia answered my texts and checked in! Was great! Cant wait for our next adventure :)

We (me, my wife and adult daughter) had an amazing 7 day trip in Marley down the coast stopping in at a number of the plethora of incredible places. It was an absolute pleasure travelling in Marely! It was so comfortable including the 3 rd bed our daughter used. We didn't even need to use the airconditioning in the middle of summer with the fans and vents working perfectly. Also, we didn't need to plug into power in 7 days with the solar and battery setup covering all our energy needs even with a few cloudy days and the van is perfectly appointed for full self contained living including fridge, cooking and awning with camp chairs and table. Lastly and definitely not least, unfortunately, we were involved in a serious accident on the last day of our trip through no fault of our own and we can't thank Sam and Julia enough for their professionalism and support at such a stressful time even when it must have been very difficult for them with their beautiful van having been damaged. We could not recommend Marley and Sam and Julia highly enough!:)

We had an amazing experience hiring a campervan from Sam and Julia at Open Road Campervans. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding friendly, responsive, and always available to support us throughout the trip, which made a huge difference when travelling with kids. The van itself was exceptionally well set up and perfectly suited our young family of four. Everything was thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and practical, making van life easy and genuinely enjoyable rather than stressful. It felt like theyd really considered what families need on the road. We couldnt recommend Sam and Julia highly enough. If youre thinking about experiencing van life whether as a family or not Open Road Campervans is absolutely the way to go. Well definitely be back!
