Hiring rules
- Generous daily 250 kilometre allowance. Calculated over whole trip length, so for a 5 day booking, you can travel 1.250km. $0.50 for each additional kilometre.
- Pets and festivals must be approved in writing.
- No smoking.
- No offroad.
- Pick up: Anytime from 9am
- Drop Off: Anytime until 5pm in summer and anytime until 4pm in winter.
- Return van with full tank of diesel.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

It was thoughtfully fitted out and genuinely felt like a home on wheels. Julia and Sam were also fantastic to deal with, super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Joseph 5.0We travelled along the east coast in Billie for over a month and had a wonderful time. The van itself was amazing. Clean, modern and spacious. It was our first time doing a long trip in a campervan, but driving and living in the van was very easy and enjoyable. The owners were also fantastic. Very friendly, kind and helpful. Communication was quick and easy, any issues we had were resolved together without any problems. The recommendations from the owners were also great, we visited and stayed at some of the recommended places and they did not disappoint! We would highly recommend booking any of these vans. The owners are great and the vans are wonderful!

Julia & Sam were very easy to communicate with, provided all the information I needed for a smooth trip and delivered Billie in pristine condition. The van has been fitted out with so much thought to what's required on the road and with a beautiful aesthetic. The bed was very comfortable and Billie was a pleasure to drive. I was also fortunate to have stunning weather and incredible beachside camp sites to enjoy! I highly recommend Julia, Sam & Billie for your next adventure :)
Maile 5.0DO IT! BOOK THE VAN! This had everything I needed for my short trip (2 nights). I love that all the conveniences were thought about and included (camping chairs & table, kitchen cleaning items and appliances) which made it easy for me to just pick up and go after handover. It was very clean and spacious! Everything was just as the pictures showed. I will definently book again.
