Includes setup and pack-up at your chosen spot ensuring everything is ready to go. Transport gets charged at only $1.50 per km round trip for setup and pack down. For example, if the camp site is 60km away it would be $180 delivery (round trip) and $180 for pick up and pack down. $360 Total.   • 1. Striclty no smoking inside
  • 2. Driving over/through red dirt will incur extra $150.00 cleaning fee
  • 3. If the toilet bowl isn’t thoroughly clean and emptied there will be an extra charge of $99.00 cleaning fee.
  • 4. Anything broken or damaged (even something minor) we need to be notified so we can replace it.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great family friendly van. First timers and David was great and taking his time to go through everything with us. Very welcoming, very accomodating. Highly recommend David and we will Be hiring from him again

    David was a pleasure to deal with, everything was clean and he even includes a few extra items like camp chairs , a hydraulic lift on the front, a very convenient water tap on the AFrame and even a roll of paper towel.

    Our second time using David and one of his vans. Great communication. Van was clean and tidy and perfect for our family. Will definitely use again.

    Fantastic van. Exceeded expectations. Very easy to set up and pack down and collection / drop off location is well positioned for access and a short distance from the M1 / Gateway motorways for heading north and south.
