The EDEN LUXURY FAMILY caravan has everything you’ll need for a great Holiday!! Being dual axle and weighing only 2264kg it’s very light (for its size) and tows incredibly smooth. 🛏️ SLEEPS 5! 2 x adults in a Queen Size bed + 3 x children in their own 3 x bunk beds 🚿 HOT INDOOR SHOWER & SEPERATE FLUSHING TOILET 🍳 INDOOR COOKING STOVE AND MICROWAVE 🍹LARGE FRIDGE AND FREEZER 📺TV AND BUILT IN JVC STERIO SYSTEM 🌡️AIRCON, FANS, SLIDING WINDOWS WITH FLY SCREENS 🧺 WASHING MACHINE 👕 PLENTY OF STORAGE AND USB CHARGING POINTS 🍽️ COOKING UTENSILS AND CUTLERY TO MAKE IT SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE, INCLUDED IN HIRE FOR FREE IS… Gas Water for tanks (if needed) Toilet chemicals Washing up detergents Bin liners Camp table and chairs All equipment to setup the caravan including… water and waste hoses, electrical leads and 4 way adapters, levelling ramps, chocks, extra sole plates, levels, tie down ropes and pegs. Webber Q or hot plate Beach trolley or cart Stand up paddle board Surfboard _________________________ 🚐 WE can also provide convenient transport of the caravan within a 250km radius of Brisbane. Includes setup and pack-up at your chosen spot ensuring everything is ready to go. Transport gets charged at only $1.50 per km round trip for setup and pack down. For example, if the camp site is 60km away it would be $180 delivery (round trip) and $180 for pick up and pack down. $360 Total. Hiring rules

  • 1. STRICTLY NO smoking inside or around the caravan.
  • 2. If you choose to clean the van (not pay for cleaning fee) it must be returned exactly as you first hired it ready for the next hire.
  • 3. If extra cleaning is required there will be an extra $99.00 cleaning fee.
  • 4. Driving over/through red dirt will incur extra $150.00 cleaning fee.
  • 5. Anything broken or damaged (even something minor) must be notified so we can replace it ready for next hire.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
