- 1. Striclty no smoking inside
- 2. Driving over/through red dirt will incur extra $150.00 cleaning fee
- 3. If the toilet bowl isn’t thoroughly clean and emptied there will be an extra charge of $99.00 cleaning fee.
- 4. Anything broken or damaged (even something minor) we need to be notified so we can replace it.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Wayne 5.0David was a pleasure to deal with, everything was clean and he even includes a few extra items like camp chairs , a hydraulic lift on the front, a very convenient water tap on the AFrame and even a roll of paper towel.
