• 🆘 EMERGENCY
• If any engine lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately and give me a call. If you’re involved in an accident, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133. They’ll contact the NRMA and arrange for towing. Better safe than sorry!
• 🚫 NO OFFROAD, BEACH, OR EXTENDED GRAVEL ROADS
• Offroad driving? Not on our watch! Beach driving? Nope. Extended gravel roads? Only with written approval through Camplify Messages before your trip. Be sure you understand the exclusions, terms, and conditions of the insurance coverage before you hit the road. And, if the weather’s looking dodgy, retract the awning – don’t risk it.
• 🚬 NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE VAN
• It’s simple – keep the smoke outside. Your lungs, and the van, will thank you!
• 🧹 CLEANING
• Return the van in the same condition it was when you picked it up. That means the inside and outside should be as spotless as it was when you first laid eyes on it. All equipment must be cleaned and stored properly, the fridge emptied and cleaned, and all rubbish removed. If we find the van in lessthanideal condition, we’ll charge a cleaning fee starting at $199.00. And if the toilet isn’t emptied or we find sand, mud, or red dirt inside or outside the van, there’s an additional $149.00 fee. Let’s keep it tidy!
• 🧸 ENTERTAINMENT FOR ALL AGES
• We’ve got you covered – we’ve packed in some fun for the whole family (yes, that includes the big kids too)! From colouring books and crayons to board games, and even a cricket set, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained while you’re not out exploring. The only thing we can’t guarantee? A winning streak in Monopoly.
• 🛣️ DISTANCE
• We’re including 200km per day as part of your hire, averaged over the trip. If you plan to go further, no worries! Just let us know, and we’ll sort it out at 49c per extra kilometre at the end of your hire. Drive like you’re on a road trip adventure, but don’t forget to keep track of those extra kms!
• ⌛ AGE REQUIREMENTS
• You need to be 25 or older to hire the van. International driver’s licences are welcome.
• 🗓️ MINIMUM HIRE PERIOD
• There’s a 2night minimum hire period (3 nights during peak times) however if you’re booking for 14 days or more, you’ll get a 10% discount. The more you stay, the better the deal – we’re all about rewarding the road warriors.
