Special towing information
*Hirer will require a standard ball hitch to tow our caravan. *Hirer must have a vehicle capable of towing 3 tonnes. Caravan ATM 3000kg *Hirer vehicle must have electric brakes controller. *Hirer vehicle must have a 7 pin rectangular plug (12 pin will also be fine), grey Anderson plug and socket for rear camera if you have one. If you do have a camera attachment but no monitor we have one available for hire. *Hirer must have caravan towing mirrors on car, we have one set available for hire if needed. *Driver must have trailer or caravan towing experience.

Hiring rules
- *No pets allowed.
- *No smoking inside the caravan.
- *No offroad driving.
- *On any day with moderate to strong wind the awning must be retracted.
- *Hirer must empty and clean the toilet at approved dump points prior to returning the caravan. If the cassette isn't emptied and cleaned prior to return this will incur an additional $100.00 fee.
- *Caravan must be returned clean and tidy or an additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tze Sheng 5.0Our family of 3 had a wonderful 10 days in the Traveller Suite. It's a luxurious setup with huge lounge for entertaining and I really loved the spilt door which separates the bedroom from the kitchen and lounge, giving an additional touch of privacy and class. The separate shower and WC is another fine touch and is probably the most spacious in it's class. Joan and Nic are wonderful owners taking so much care and time to explain the features of the caravan. We also appreciate their patience in waiting for us when we were delayed by traffic. Would definitely consider renting from them again.
