The van has all that you need to enjoy your holiday and make the most of your precious family time together. It sets up quick and provides an air conditioned space to relax with the following features: Sleeps 4 with 2 single beds and a double. Full kitchen including fridge freezer, oven, gas and electric cooktop, rangehood, microwave, sink and good bench space. Tv and Bluetooth sound system with ceiling speakers. Plenty of 240v power points for plugging in appliances or chargers etc. Full seperate bathroom at the end of the van, including vanity with countertop sink. A seperate shower cubicle and toilet, as well as an outdoor shower. Heaps of internal cupboard space for clothes etc. Externally we have a large awning to create your outdoor covered area. Here we usually set up an outdoor TV if we are with friends and like to catch up over a game of footy etc. more 240v and 12v plugs for additional appliances if required. We also set up our outdoor table and chairs under here for meal times together. A Ziegler and Brown double BBQ is included With a seperate table to store it on and external gas fitting for easy connection. This is where we do most of our cooking, when the weather is good.

Additional information

Hiring rules ⁃ Hirer must be 21 years of age or older. ⁃ Van must be returned in the same condition as when received. Food stuffs and perishable items are to be removed prior to vacating and return inspection reports completed. The caravan will be clean and hygienic on pick-up and we expect the same when returned, within reason but please empty the toilet at a suitable location prior to return. As you will note there is a Clean the Chemical Toilet For Me option ($119.00) which you can select but the use of a Dump Point is advised as the best Option. Do not travel with a full toilet canister as this may cause damage to the unit or 'make a mess' which would be disastrous. The toilet canister is best emptied at regular intervals at designated DUMP POINTS and prior to returning on your final day of hire. EMERGENCY ⁃ lf an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 ⁃ they call the NRMA DAMAGE. If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads Strictly NO SMOKING. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fee. Starting supply of LPG is included in the hire fee. Mattress protectors are included as standard and linen can be included if selected. Linen items included with additional charge are; sheet sets for all beds, doona and doona covers, pillows and pillow covers. Towels for each person and kitchen tea towels. Additional blankets included in cooler months. *********PICK UP TIMES********** CARAVAN PICK UP/DROP OFF TIME - please coordinate and nominate your preference when booking - we will try to accommodate as much as possible. This will allow for smooth efficient hand overs. Please note handover and drop offs take a minimum of 30 mins. Prices are charged per day - minimum hire is 4 days in off peak periods and 7 days during peak periods. Peak Period - December and January, and school holidays. *********DELIVERY FEE********* $4.00 per KM but if delivery or pick up is expected on a public holiday, then this fee will double to $8.00 per km *********SERVICE FEE********** Covers pre-hire hand overs, gas bottle top ups, tow mirrors (on request) and general inspections and tests Please be aware that this is not cover for cleaning the van, if you would like the van cleaned then please select that option when booking or please return the van cleaned as it was received. Free camping must be discussed with owners prior to engaging.

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
