- Delivery fee
- Delivery fee set by the owner following confirmation of delivery address
Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Timothy 5.0The caravan was spotless and in excellent condition, Aaron was an absolute pleasure to deal with, great communication, arrived on time and set up perfectly, we had a great family holiday in this caravan. One side note, the main bed is a touch on the short side for the taller person - not unexpected in a caravan.

They also delivered the van and set it up which made it so easy for us. Aaron and Hayley were quick to respond to any communication regarding the hire. We'd definitely recommend hiring their van.
