Special towing information
Towball weight is approx. 70kg, tare weight 1,140kg, and ATM (gross trailer mass) is 1,499kg. The van has trailer brakes via a standard 12-pin plug for vehicles with their own brake controller. For added flexibility, we’ve also installed an Elecbrakes EB2 wireless brake controller connected to a flat 7-pin plug, so it’s compatible with most vehicles – just plug and play via the Elecbrakes app.

Hiring rules
- 🚭 Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van – Please respect this rule to keep it fresh and clean for all guests.
- 🛻 Tow vehicle must be rated appropriately – Check your towball and towing capacity (van ATM is 1,499kg, towball weight ~70kg).
- 🌧️ No offroad use – Sealed roads or wellmaintained dirt tracks only (no beach driving or heavy corrugations).
- 🧽 Return the van clean and tidy – We’ll provide the van in a clean condition, and expect it returned the same.
- 🚿 No bathroom onboard – Plan ahead for access to park facilities or other arrangements.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matthew 5.0The van was really clean and tidy and despite some normal wear and tear, was in excellent condition and clearly well looked after. Very easy to tow and once setup, a very comfortable base for a week away. Took a little while to setup/pack-up but this was largely because it was our first time using a Jayco camper and there was a lot of double-checking going on. That said, the provided instructions were very detailed and nothing was overly complicated.

Set up was a team effort, definitely recommend watching a full YouTube tutorial of the set up for a visual guide, but if you follow that it will be smooth and easy. Everything was in the van that we needed, and was very comfortable. Thankyou to Sig for lending your camper for a great weekend away.

He sent over a detailed setup guide hed put together himself, which was really helpful, and also gave us a printed copy when we picked it up. The camper trailer was spotless, well maintained, and everything worked perfectly. No issues at all. We really enjoyed using it and would definitely recommend it to others.
Hugh 5.0Everything was really great, in excellent condition, and the caravan and it's kitchen was well equipped with everything we could wish for. Communication was good and everything went smoothly from start to finish. A good experience all round.
