Include with every hire is a basic pantry with tea, salt, pepper, oil and many other consumables to get you by. 10% discount for hires longer than 10 days. Hires to festivals are only permitted if agreed to by both parties.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Rowan 5.0Our holiday in FiiL was excellent. A nice and tidy caravan, perfect for a small family. Us and our two kids had a great time down south and coming back to a campsite with hot water and air conditioning made it so much more comfortable. Joel was awesome, he answered all my questions and was very quick to help us out with any thing on the caravan.
Alicia 4.8We hired the van as we were attending a wedding on a large property with no nearby accommodation or uber service. Joel kindly dropped the caravan off to us and set it all up for us. He was very quick to respond and friendly to deal with. The van was modern and tidy with comfy beds. We didn't use many of the features of the van as we were just looking for a place to sleep at the end of the night but having the a/c avail certainly made a difference in comfort. Thanks Joel for letting us use your van for the weekend
