Hiring rules

• CLEANING: Please return the vehicle in the same condition as you collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean van will result in an additional charge of $150.00. If you are not intending to clean the vehicle inside out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the vehicle, additional cleaning fees will apply.
• AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the van is going to be left unattended.
• ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
• TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty on return or a cleaning fee will apply of $250.00.
• GREY WATER tanks must be emptied on return.
• DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app please provide a full detail (what, where, when, etc).
• EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact the NRMA for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify app.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Thank you to Robert for allowing us to have such a great camping experience with Emma the Expanda, is was nice, clean and cozy. Robert was very communicative and answered if I had any questions.

  Good little van that towed well. Not bad condition for its age. Functioned well for our couple of days of grid.

  There was a small leak coming from the light which was an inconvenience as my Daughter was unable to set up a cot. Overall quite a neat van.

  Van was very comfortable & layout suited our sleeping requirements. Van lacked basic cleaning equipment for dishes, broom for floor & a bin with liners for rubbish. Also no dishes suitable for use in microwave. We are hiring again for Easter & hoping these items will be available & bed ends will be fully setup on our arrival.

  Robert was very easy to deal with however he first listed his caravan in Kewdale only to change it Hallshead after our booking was confirmed. This was not our only disappointment but once we had arrived to our destination and started to set up we realised the caravan had not been cleaned at all ,sand all through the beds and all over the floor, urine all over the toilet and seat. To top it all off on our journey back to Hallshead to drop off the caravan, the solar panel on top of the caravan flew off while we were on the freeway. Cheers Rob but wont be back
