Emma is an awesome hybrid caravan that offers a huge range of options in a compact is light weight and easy to tow single axle RV, with huge comfortable accommodation - sleeping 5 people! Sleeping 5 people in a combination of queen sized bed and double bed and convertible dinette Emma offers a fully inclinable awning, full internal kitchen, shower, toilet, air-conditioning and Deisel heater and plenty of storage. Need high speed & reliable internet whilst you're away? Ask us about adding Starlink to your hire! She's easy to set up and very comfortable offering a great option for both families and couples heading out for an adventure!

Hiring rules

  • CLEANING: Please return the vehicle in the same condition as you collected. All dishes must be cleaned and returned where you found them. Failure to return a clean van will result in an additional charge of $150.00. If you are not intending to clean the vehicle inside out, please select the “clean the van for me” option when booking.
  • Strictly NO SMOKING inside or around the vehicle, additional cleaning fees will apply.
  • AWNING: The awning MUST be retracted in windy conditions or if the van is going to be left unattended.
  • ROAD RESTRICTION: The caravan must only be driven on sealed roads and in compliance with all road laws and regulations. If you wish to take off road, please discuss with us before booking. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage.
  • TOILET: Toilet canister MUST be empty on return or a cleaning fee will apply of $250.00.
  • GREY WATER tanks must be emptied on return.
  • DAMAGE: If damage happens, you must report it to us through the Camplify app please provide a full detail (what, where, when, etc).
  • EMERGENCY: In the event of major damage or accident, please pull over immediately and contact the NRMA for assistance. Then contact us through Camplify app.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Very disappointing! Van needs a lot of maintenance, outdated and items are not supplied as listed. No bedding supplied at all, not outside table and chairs. This van is not suitable for use outside a caravan park, needs full power and water supply, and the owner needs to repair the toilet and other items reported to him. The brake controller he charges extra for doesnt work, and he doesnt know how it works - dont fall for it! Robert mislead me the whole way through pre pickup communications, said nothing about any issues on pick up and was not helpful nor even slightly apologetic through hire when reporting issues and wouldnt even show his face when I dropped it off! He should be removed from this site!

    Had to fix so much on the van. Wasn't told the toilet didn't work until after we hired in. Paid extra for a generator that didn't work so had to pay for camp sites with power. All in all not happy with our experience
