Hiring rules
- Nonsmoking vehicle. Please note the van is strictly nonsmoking. If smoking odours are present on return, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
- Return condition. We ask that the van is returned in a reasonably clean condition inside and out. If it’s returned excessively dirty or without any attempt to clean, a cleaning fee may be charged.
- Cleaning option. A “clean for me” option is available if you’d prefer to lock this in ahead of time. If you’re short on time at the end of your hire, no stress — the standard cleaning fee will simply be applied.
- 4×4 use. While the van is 4×4, it is not permitted on designated 4WD tracks, beaches, or offroad trails unless approved in writing beforehand.
- Getting stuck. If the vehicle becomes bogged or stuck, please contact us before attempting any recovery. We’ll provide guidance to avoid unnecessary damage. Recovery attempts made without advice may result in repair costs.
- Kilometers. Your booking includes a 200km daily kilometer allowance. Additional kilometers are welcome and will be charged at .50C perkilometer rate.
- Toilet use. If you choose to use the toilet, please ensure it’s emptied and cleaned before return.
- Dropoffs. Dropoff locations around Perth and the South West are available on request for an additional fee.
- Have a chat. We’re easygoing and happy to talk through travel plans. Feel free to get in touch before booking if you have questions or special plans.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
