The van includes -6 cups -6 plates -6 bowls -6 of each cutlery - 2 pots -2 pans - kitchen utensils - chopping boards - mixing bowls - cleaning products - aircon - hot water shower facilities Jade does have electric brakes, so we do require your car to have electric breaks as well. If you don’t, we have rental options available. Collection times are as follows: During the weekday- from 4pm onwards. Weekends- morning pick ups are available. Please message us with a preferred time.
Hiring rules

- Pets are not to be on seats or beds
- Collection of van must be before 8am and drop off after 5pm on weekdays.
- Weekends negotiable
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
