Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Peter 5.0Very helpful owner. Operation of the Jayco Eagle well explained. Van functioned well - only a couple of very minor things. Easy to tow and setup. Camplify responded quickly to a couple of administrative issues - my wife as an additional driver was not able to be present at the handover, and Camplify allowed a face-time ID with the owner. Overall, a very good experience.
Owen 5.0Chris was very easy to deal with and we had a great family holiday. Van was easy to tow with Subaru outback and handled a bit of rain without problem.

Emma 4.8The Easy Eagle was a step up from our last van hire. Easy van to tow with our Subaru Outback & the elecbrake app for electric braking was great.. There was more space for my meanagers to lay around on a rainy day & enjoyed the easy pack down. I would definitely hire this van again.
