Very helpful owner. Operation of the Jayco Eagle well explained. Van functioned well - only a couple of very minor things. Easy to tow and setup. Camplify responded quickly to a couple of administrative issues - my wife as an additional driver was not able to be present at the handover, and Camplify allowed a face-time ID with the owner. Overall, a very good experience.

Chris was very easy to deal with and we had a great family holiday. Van was easy to tow with Subaru outback and handled a bit of rain without problem.

The Easy Eagle was a step up from our last van hire. Easy van to tow with our Subaru Outback & the elecbrake app for electric braking was great.. There was more space for my meanagers to lay around on a rainy day & enjoyed the easy pack down. I would definitely hire this van again.

Great camper for family of 4 with plenty of space and easy to tow. Ability to charge devices with solar panel. Clear set up instructions from Chris which took under 15 mins. Will definitely hire it again!

We had an amazing time in this van. Chris is so great, communication is fantastic and she's very easy going. We are a family of 4 and we're so comfortable in the van. Van was very easy to put up even with a slight hiccup at the start but was easily fixed. Definitely will be hiring again! It's also worth doing the linen with the booking, made it so easy for us.

The van fitted our family of 5 well. We stayed in Rosebud for 10 days and Chris had the van all set up for us when we arrived. It was great having the shower in the van. We were a little disappointed that there was no free to air TV available for use as our boys love watching the cricket or the tennis but we kept them busy in other ways! It was great having the second table area where the kids could put a lot of their stuff. Unfortunately the Air conditioning wasn't working but Chris did everything she could to try and get it fixed so we were grateful for her efforts. Thankfully the weather wasn't too hot so we were comfortable. We enjoyed our holiday away, thanks Chris!
