Hiring rules
- 🅿️Pickup from Shelley.
- 🚭 This is a nonsmoking vehicle.
- ⛽️ Vehicle comes with a full tank of fuel, please return with a full tank.
- You will receive the van in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside & out + kitchen ware), please choose our cleaning fee :)
- 💡 If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
- Off road routes upon approval.
- Strictly NO water crossings or driving near saltwater please.
- Drive to the road rules and conditions.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133, they will advise you how to call for assistance. Then please, call/txt me on 0449094679.
- ✅Stay within the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matthew 5.0We had an amazing trip in Bernardos Prado. Was well equipped for self sufficient camping. Bernardo was great from pick up to drop off, any queries we had hed get back to us straight away. Gave us plenty of tips for the road trip as well! Would highly recommend!
Poppy 5.0This was our first ever road trip and we couldnt have been happier with the Bernardos vehicle! It had everything we needed and more, its completely kitted out, with the best quality equipment and extra bits of bobs we never thought about prior to our trip. The seats were extremely comfortable- perfect for long drives. The car felt specious, with plenty of storage for both our bags & food. Plus, the roof top tent provided enough room for my tall partner! The 4X4 made the best beaches in WA accessible!! Benardos communication was exceptional, with pick up/drop off times being really lenient :) Overall, we would go back to Bernardo in a heartbeat!!!
