Hiring rules

*This is a nonsmoking vehicle
*Vehicle comes with a full tank of diesel, please return with a full tank.
*Please inform us of any breakages
*If any lights on the dash appears, stop immediately and call us before you proceed.
*You will receive the ute in a perfect clean condition, please bring it back to us in the same condition. If you do not want to clean the van yourself (inside and out), please choose our cleaning fee.
*Cleaning fee $100.00 will be charged if not cleaned on return
*Off Road bookings must be approved by the owner in writing on Camplify's messages.
Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage and hirer rules on Camplify's platform.

An undercarriage inspection fee of $150.00 or cancelation in booking might incur for the following reasons:
* Offroad without written approval. If any damage occurs on an offroad section without given prior approval, you will be responsible for and must pay for the damage.
* Driving on unapproved unsealed roads. We allow 10 km to an overnight campsite. For longer distances, please get prior approval.
* Driving on corrugated unsealed roads. (these road conditions can cause major damage to a vehicle)
*EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 or call me!
*DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
*UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
*LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the car up to 200 km's a day, if you go over this km limit within the time you have booked you will be charged 40c per extra kilometre at the completion of the trip.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $75.00 per day
Service fee: $50.00

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

5 stars Fantastic experience from start to finish. The Toyota Hilux camper is clearly built for Australian conditions, we went all the wa to Shark Bay. The rooftop tent is super quick to deploy and very comfortable; we loved the 180° awning for shade and evening meals. Everything we needed was included: full kitchen, fridge/freezer, extra battery, spotlights and a great organised canopy storage system. Host communication was prompt and friendly, and the vehicle performed flawlessly on beaches and dirt tracks. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a reliable, off-grid-ready camper !!! Thanks :)
