Hiring rules
- * Toilet cassette must be emptied prior to drop off. Additional fee will occur if not emptied of $100.00.
- * No smoking or vaping within van.
- * No pets
- * Please return Van clean and tidy as it was given.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
