Hiring rules
- No smoking in the van or under the awning
- Pets must be in own bed, cleaning fee will be applied if furniture has been soiled
- We understand accidents can happen, please report any accidents or damages no matter how minor straight away
- Please pack away the awning before bad weather arises
- Delivery is $2.50 per km
- Cost value of any damaged hired equipment or van damage will be charged
- Please return the van in the same clean condition it was hired, unless cleaning extra has been added, or risk a cleaning fee
- Standard Pickup/Drop off times are between 7:30am and 5pm
- Minimum 3 day hire
- Hirer must be at least 25 years of age
- And last but not least, have an amazing time making unforgettable memories
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Maddyn 5.0We hired the caravan for an event and Juliana was able to arrange pickup and collection. The van was ready to go when we arrived and couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. Very grateful for Juliana being able to wait in the event line up, set up and van for us and even have the aircon running for when we arrived.
