Hiring rules
- No smoking inside van.
- No rough off road terrain. Unsealed roads and tracks allowed.
- WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
- The service fee includes towing mirrors, gas 2x 6kg bottles, water in the tanks 180lts, maintenance and a thorough handover brief. The service fee DOES NOT cover the hirer from cleaning their mess, such as things like mud, sand or salt covered vans. It does not cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied.
- If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $180.00 'clean me and the toilet' option. If you do not abide by the cleaning rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond.
- 220ah of battery storage, don't let them get below 25%(not an issue when plugged in to power). A battery replacement fee will be charged if batteries are damaged from overdischarge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
