PLEASE READ ME FIRST! We’ve outlined some key information below to help answer your questions. ________________________________________ PICK-UP & DROP-OFF TIMES 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM We appreciate your punctuality. Pick-Up Notes: Please allow approximately one hour for the handover at pick-up. We recommend arriving to your destination before dark, as setting up camp in the dark can be difficult—especially if it’s your first time. ________________________________________ DELIVERY & SET-UP OPTION We offer a delivery service up to 150 km from our Yarrawonga location. Delivery Fee: The greater of $125.00 OR $2.00 per km. Examples • 20km destination = $125.00 -as $125.00 is greater than 20 x $2.00 ($40.00). • 80km destination = $160.00 (80 x $2.00). This fee includes • delivery to your chosen site and pick up; and • full set-up, handover and pack-up of the van *Delivery is subject to driver availability so please check with us prior to booking ________________________________________ SERVICE FEE – WHAT’S INCLUDED? The service fee covers: • Consumables for the van such as gas, diesel, coffee & tea, etc. • General maintenance It does not cover: • Interior cleaning • Toilet emptying & cleaning • Removal of mud, sand, or salt (interior or exterior) If you prefer not to clean the van: • Opt for the $99.00 “Clean the Van for Me” add-on • If the toilet is not emptied and cleaned, a $119.00 toilet cleaning fee will apply • For outback travel (with prior approval), all red dirt must be cleaned or you must select the “Outback trip clean” option ⚠️ Additional cleaning costs will be charged if cleanliness rules are not followed. The service fee is not negotiable. ________________________________________ BOOKING FEE – WHAT’S INCLUDED? The Camplify booking fee is a 10.5% fee that covers 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance, payment security, and Camplify support. The booking fee is not negotiable.

Hiring rules

• No unauthorised off road.
• No smoking in van. Smoke ingress may require charging of a deep clean fee plus compensation for any hires that have to be cancelled to allow this to occur.
