Hiring rules
- * Hirer/driver must be 25 years of age or older
- * Minimum 3 day hire in off peak seasons.
- * No smoking in or near van.
- * Awning must be packed away and hatches closed if bad weather is present.
- * Sorry, no pets.
- * Mattress protectors are supplied on all beds however sheets must be used even if using sleeping bags. This is for hygiene purposes. Linen can be supplied if required at the additional cost of $100.00 per booking (sheets, doonas, pillows, towels).
- TOWING RULES:
- * Towing experience essential as this is a large van.
- * Electric brake controller and towing mirrors required
- * No extreme offroading, and no beach driving.
- CLEANING RULES:
- * Please return caravan in the same clean condition that it was dropped off/picked up in. (If linen was hired, please leave all bedding on the main bed and all dirty towels on the bathroom floor).
- If caravan is not returned in acceptable condition a cleaning charge will apply. We have included cleaning products for your convenience, alternative option is to select "clean for me" in the additional extras section.
- * Hirer must empty and rinse out the toilet cassette on return. Please do not allow cassette to become overfilled as this will leak into the underneath compartment and will incur addition cleaning fee of $200.00
- * PLEASE DO NOT HOSE OUT ANY COMPARTMENTS THIS INCLUDES THE TOILET COMPARTMENT. Soak up any spills with paper towels and wipe out as needed with a cleaner, allowing to dry.
- DAMAGE:
- * Any damages must be reported immediately (even if only minor) with as many details as possible. This will ensure that we have as much time as possible to remedy anything that is required before the next hire.
- * To help prevent damages, please ensure all windows, hatches and the awning is packed away if bad weather is present.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
