  • No smoking inside caravan
  • Pets will be considered but will need to be agreed before booking.
  • No Pets on beds or couch please.
  • Should you require extra bedding we can supply a double swag for an additional $100.00 per booking.
  • We want to make your stay enjoyable so please contact us with any questions you may have.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Please leave the van clean and tidy as it is found or additional cleaning fees may apply.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
