Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Thomas 5.0We absolutely loved our 40 day adventure with the van (who we nicknamed Roy) from Sydney to Cairns. Lucas renovates vans for a living and you can tell that every detail has been well thought through and designed for both comfort and practicality. The van was easy to drive and we had no issues at all, but Lucas was on hand if we needed anything. Would 100% recommend renting from Lucas and would definitely do so again!
Diego 5.0Our holiday in this van was a pleasure, nothing was missing to make our trip as comfortable as can be. Every fitted part of the van seems to have many hours of thought behind it. We used all its features because it is so easy and convenient to. Also you can tell maintenance is done frequentely because condition is impeccable. I would not doubt to recommend someone to rent this van.
