Our caravan comes packed with a range of fun and activities to keep the little ones entertained throughout your stay. We offer the following items as part of every booking: ▪️ Colouring books, crayons, and pencils ▪️ Lawn games for an outdoor family game ▪️ A soccer ball for kickabouts at the beach or park ▪️ Card games ▪️ A variety of board games to keep everyone entertained Essential Items Included in the Van We’ve also made sure to supply a few practical items so you can settle in comfortably: ▪️ Toilet paper (so you don't have to worry about the essentials) ▪️ Basic pantry staples including oil, sauce, sugar, tea, coffee, and dishwashing supplies ▪️4 comfy camp chairs for those relaxing moments outdoors ▪️ A table with 2 benches for meals or games ▪️ Webber Baby Q BBQ available for hire $50.00 per booking ▪️ Linen provided $35.00 per booking - includes sheets, bedding and towels for 4 guests We want you to feel at home and have everything you need for a hassle-free, fun-filled holiday! Hiring rules

• No smoking and vaping in the van
• No pets
• No poos in the inside toilet due to hygiene safety
• Van must be left clean at end of hire agreement and toilet must be emptied and clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 will be charged
• No bikes/scooters/boards in the van at all times
• No cooking inside van full stove and sink available in outdoor kitchen
• BBQ to be returned clean, the required items will be supplied to complete this
• Please do not enter the van covered in sand or dripping wet, any signs of excess water or sand will incur a fee
• Awning to be packed away in bad weather
• When advising caravan parks of your equipment size, note that our van measurements from endtoend are 20 feet (6.9 metres) long and 2.4 metres wide.
• Any damages will incur a fee/charge by the hirer

  We had a great long weekend in the van, everything was in perfect condition and beautifully presented. The van was easy to navigate and had everything we needed. Mel and Dom had everything set up for us ready to go and handover was amazing. Thanks for having us!
