Hiring rules

  • 🆘 EMERGENCY If you hear any unusual sounds or have have concerns pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
  • 💦No Free Camping.
  • 💦No Candles of any description are to be lit or used within this van
  • 💦Off Road Use Hirer MUST PreApproved for Off Road and Itenery supplied.
  • 💦Min 3 Day Hire & 5 Days during Peak Periods (School and Public Holidays)
  • 💦Dates are not secured until booking has been paid for in full.
  • 💦Failure to empty and clean the toilet cassette will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00
  • 💦The Awning MUST NOT be extended, remain out / extended or unattended in windy gusty conditions.
  • 🚭No Smoking in or near the van (totally Prohibited)
  • Please report any damage no matter how minor.
  • 🔥IT MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HIRED OUT IN, with the exception of general minor wear and tear. Pretty Fair Otherwise a $250.00 clean fee may be charged🔥
  • NO OFF ROAD TRAVEL. (Unless Prior Approval)
  • NO ANIMAL / PETS ON THE LOUNGE / BEDDING AREAS.
  • WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
  • The fee is a small contribution towards our costs of each hire including things like; kitchen consumables, bathroom consumables, prehandover clean and safety check. The service fee doesn't cover things like mud, sand or salt nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $100.00 'clean the van for me' option or the $250.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Aly responded quickly to questions I had and provided the McHitch tow tongue and pin which is needed for his caravan. The electric jack installed on the drawbar became crucial for unhitching and hitching the caravan on site as the position of the car and ground would not have been high enough for the standard jockey wheel to be moved into place. The caravan worked great for our family over the Easter school holiday 5 day break we had. The outdoor kitchen and fridge and electric awning made it so much easier to have meals outside. The two fridges/freezers also gave plenty of space over our stay. The caravan also had excellent sound proofing so sleeping at night was comfortable and quiet without outside noise being heard. The aircon was excellent as it maintained the temperature and was relatively quiet so this also helped with a good night of sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend Aly and his caravan for a great holiday experience with the family. I look forward to the opportunity to hire again, thanks Aly!

    The Gibb is a great van for families and this one was no exception. The van was very clean and well presented. We had a couple of issues with the water heater and BMS however Aly was quick to provide assistance.

    Aly provided a great handover and overview of the Van. Any questions we had about the Van whilst we were away were responded to quickly and Aly was more the happy to assist and help out if we needed some support. We did a huge trip in a short period of time in some very remote areas and the Van met all our expectations. Thanks Aly
