IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ PRIOR TO BOOKING Vans can only be picked up on the day the hirer has selected. If you wish to pick it up the day before, please book that date. We cannot accept early pick ups. Check-in and out times are flexible provided van is not booked back-to-back. Please allow an hour for the handover as we will need to install the tow bar and go through the onboarding checklist. We want to keep you safe and ensure you have an enjoyable trip. The service fee covers the gas bottle refill, brake controller, chemicals for the toilet, refill of the cleaning pack and refill of the basic pantry amenities. No smoking - hirers are not permitted to smoke in or around the camper. If smoke smell is detected, you will be charged $100.00 from the bond to have the camper deep cleaned. The van must be returned in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was handed over to you: - If toilets are used, they are to be cleaned before the van is returned. Chemicals will be provided. If the toilet is not emptied and wiped down, the hirer will be charged an extra $250.00. - We charge $150.00 for general clean which includes pressure wash outside and inside clean (ready for next handover). - Please wipe down benches and grease off stove and general tidy would be really helpful. Cleaning products and cloths will be provided to the hirer. If the van is given back in a greasy grimy state, the hirer will be charged an extra $100.00 regardless of having picked the extra cleaning option. - If you choose the option to handback without cleaning the option, we expect the hirer to have emptied bins, fully cleaned bathrooms, floors, stove and sinks. The van will need to be taken through a suitable carwash facility (please provide receipt upon return). - The hirer has the option to bring their own linen. If you wish for us to provide the linen, please select this option prior to booking (small fee applies). - The hirer has the option to bring their own towels. If you wish for us to provide towels and beach towels, please select this option prior to booking (small fee applies). - We are pet friendly and appreciate the fact that you want to take your fur babies with you on your adventures. We can provide an outdoor pet bed for $30.00 extra. Select "pet fee" in the extras. WHERE CAN YOU TAKE THE CAMPER? UNSEALED roads must be approved in writing in the camplify message portal before your trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of the insurance coverage The camper is fully insured and can be taken off road to destinations like Fraser (Eastern Side Zones 1 to 7 ONLY - No Waddy Point), Moreton & Noosa Northshore, however, the insurance does NOT cover any under body damage. If under body damage does occur, it is the responsibility of the renter to pay for damages. If there is a claim there is an excess of up to $350.000 If you want to reduce your liability to $500.00 Excess, the hirer can purchase a $46.00 per day extra that will help reduce excess.
