Additionally, the van features breakaway safety brakes, ESC controller and a fully independent suspension system, designed for smooth towing on various terrains, including off-road conditions. We have various Anderson plugs to suit your vehicle for brake-away system and fridge power whilst underway. A 50mm ball coupling is required, and we recommend that drivers have some prior experience towing larger caravans. For first-timers, we are happy to provide a briefing on towing and handling.

Additional information
We provide a comprehensive user guide and a quick setup walkthrough so you can hit the road with confidence. The van requires a vehicle with a towing capacity of at least 2,500 kg, and we ask that you return it in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was collected otherwise a maximum of $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged. If you’re new to towing, don’t worry – we’re happy to provide some helpful tips!
Hiring rules
- General Rules:
- No smoking: Smoking inside the van is strictly prohibited.
- Awning usage: The awning must be packed away if windy weather is forecasted to prevent damage.
- Cleanliness: The van must be returned clean and tidy, or a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Pickup/Dropoff times: 24/7 pickup drop off is available.
- Brake controller: An electric brake controller is required in your vehicle to tow the van safely. (Electable Bluetooth Controller available for hire)
- Towing mirrors: Appropriate towing mirrors are required and can be hired as an extra if needed.
- We require a photograph of the hirers license on pickup
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Anna 5.0Very comfortable van with all the amenities you need. We were running a residential program that needed some more accommodation so we didnt tow the van or use all the amenities. What we did use were too shelf.
