Additional information
There are 3 fridge options and all include an internal battery so they are portable and can be carried onto your campsite with ease. The fridge options include: - a 22 litre fridge if you are chasing more internal van space - a 35 litre mid-size - or a 50 litre fridge for those who are wanting to pack all the food and drinks! There are also 3 options for the stove: - a single burner attached to a gas bottle (compact option) - a 3 burner Coleman with hot plate - or a BabyQ Weber All come with a portable gas cylinder. Please let me know which one you require prior to your booking. We have various ranges and types of all camping gear that you will need, please enquire if you are chasing anything specific.
Hiring rules
- Minimum age of driver is 21.
- No smoking inside the van.
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO Smoking inside.
- PETS pets are allowed as long as the van is thoroughly cleaned before return. Any excess cleaning due to smells or fur will incur a $199.00 cleaning fee.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS 200 km's a day is included in the booking price. You will be charged $0.80 per kilometre for additional km travelled over the total allowance. This is calculated within Camplifys pre/post hire checklist
- FUEL Return full of Unleaded Petrol All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- COOKING GAS Where possible, return FULL as the size bottle provided are not typical, we understand if it is not possible to attain a refill.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
