Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

NOT RECOMMEND! The owner was initially very detailed and clear in her communication, however the experience steadily declined and became increasingly difficult. At handover, she wasn't there so we had to manage the entire pickup process on our own. The van was returned clean and in good condition, but after the hire we were charged $150 for additional cleaning for issues that were minor, unreasonable and clearly exaggerated. This was an outback trip, so a small amount of dust is completely normal and unavoidable, yet the expectations appeared to be closer to an extreme, unrealistic level of cleanliness, far beyond what can reasonably be expected from a hirer. Preparing the vehicle to a like-new or showroom standard is the owners responsibility, not the renters. We also experienced mechanical issues during the trip. Probably the problem was likely pre-existing or related to normal wear, yet we were still accused of causing the damage. After the return, communication became very tense, accusatory and stressful, to the point of feeling borderline obsessive, with constant fault-finding and blame. Overall, this was a draining and unpleasant experience. Future hirers should be extremely cautious, document everything in detail, and be prepared for post-hire disputes. I would not recommend this van or this owner.

We hired Misty for a week's getaway to the South West. Misty handled it with ease. Charron has all the equipment you'll need and is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Overall an excellent van. Very well equipped all round.Nice addition of the extra mattress fror up top. A little short on headroom for the driver, and no blinds/curtains other than for the windscreen, but that didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Very cool van, roof tent was easy to unfold and fold back up. Charron was very helpful and easy to talk with, all camping gear was very handy also. Will definitely rent Misty again

We had the BEST time in Misty! Charron was very helpful - kitted us out with everything we needed, and her communication was 10/10. Super flexible with our picking up and dropping off arrangements. Would rent her out again, thanks so much :))
