Please ensure you have access to a power source if you plan to camp off-grid. 👶 Anchor Points: Our motorhome is equipped with two anchor points for baby and child safety seats. Please note that the dinette table must be put away when using the anchor points. 🐾 Pet Policy: We’re pet-friendly! Hiring rules

• 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the van. This is a family van, and we would like to keep it clean for the health and safety of our family and our hirers. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
• 🚫 No OffRoad or Unsealed Roads: Our motorhome is not designed for offroad or unsealed road use. Please stick to sealed, wellmaintained roads to avoid damage.
• ⛽ Fuel & AdBlue Policy: The motorhome is provided with a full tank of diesel and AdBlue and must be returned with both tanks filled up. A refueling fee will apply if the tank is not full upon return.
• 🚽 Toilet Cassette: Please empty and clean the toilet cassette before returning the motorhome. A fee will be charged if this is not done.
• 🐾 Pet Policy: We welcome small pets, but please keep them off the beds and furniture. The motorhome must be returned clean and free of pet hair. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required.
• ❄️ Air Conditioning and Power: The air conditioning requires an external power connection or a generator (not supplied) to operate. Please ensure you have access to a power source if you plan to use the air conditioning.
• 👶 Anchor Points for Child Seats: When using the anchor points for baby and child safety seats, the dinette table must be put away. Ensure that seats are properly secured according to safety guidelines.
• 🧼 Cleaning and Maintenance: The motorhome should be returned in a clean condition, with all rubbish removed and dishes washed. If you prefer not to clean, our "Clean the Van for Me" service is available for an additional fee.
• 📏 Mileage Limit: The rental includes a mileage allowance of 200km/day. Additional kilometers will be charged at $0.40/km. Please keep track of your mileage to avoid extra charges.
• 🛠️ Breakages and Damage: Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Please treat the motorhome with care to avoid additional repair costs.
• 🛣️ Toll Roads: Any tolls incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the hirer. Please pay any tolls promptly to avoid additional charges.
• 🎉 Festivals and Events: If you plan to take the motorhome to a festival or event, prior approval is required. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the motorhome is used for such events without prior consent.
• 🕒 Pickup and DropOff Times: Pickup Time: Between 2:00 PM onwards, unless otherwise agreed.
• DropOff Time: By 11:00 AM on the return day, unless otherwise agreed. Please be punctual, as late returns can impact the next booking. A late fee may apply if the motorhome is not returned on time, unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Important Note: These rules are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests and to help maintain the motorhome in excellent condition for future travelers.

  We have never been in an rv before and we loved it. We would have been I trouble if grace didnt have the van set up with everything you might need. We will definitely be hitting this one again in the future as it is so easy to just turn up and get going without bringing too much with you. The bike rack was a bonus as we rode around a lot.
