Built to the highest standards of quality and excellence, the Whitehaven represents the pinnacle in motorhome design. Every aspect of this spectacular motorhome has been carefully considered; the usable double slide floor area extends from cab to ensuite, and beautifully appointed soft furnishings and cabinetry create a luxurious living space. Cabin chairs rotate to face the living are of the motorhome. Full Cabin privacy screens are also supplied. The ensuite and dining areas extend out fully on a slide giving a large living space The dining area can be converted into a bed for two (2) small children giving you room for six (4 Adults and 2 Children). Note only 4 seat belts fitted. Front passenger seat fitted with compliant child seat fixture. Air-Conditioned driving cabin, AM/FM radio/CD player with steering wheel controls, Power steering, Electric windows & mirrors, Height adjustable seat belts with armrests, Cruise Control, Under Seat Storage, Upper Dashboard Refrigerate Compartment Antilock Braking System (ABS), Traction Control System (TCS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) and Lambswool Seat covers. Hiring rules

  • SMOKING No smoking inside.
  • AWNING The Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
  • COOKING No cooking inside the van (please use BBQ provided).
  • FREE DISTANCE TRAVEL UP TO 1000km EACH SEVEN (7) DAYS. Each kilometre over 1000 km per week will be charged at @ 85 cents per kilometre.
  • TRIP/ROUTE APPROVAL Before we can approve your request, please advise the details of the trip and route.
  • WHERE CAN YOU NOT GO To ensure you have a brilliant trip, please no Off road, Beach Driving or extended unsealed or gravel Roads. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages with the owner before the trip begins.
  • INSURANCE COVERAGE For your peace of mind, please be familiar with the terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
  • PETS Pets only upon application only. If you wish to bring your pet, please bring your own linen. A small pet fee is applicable. Please let us know about your pets when requesting to hire.
  • LICENSE REQUIREMENTS A full open C Class drivers license is required to operate the motor vehicle.
  • PICK UP / DROP OFF TIMES Drop off and set up times are negotiable within the 24 hour period. Once set, changes must be preapproved in writing in the Camplify Messages with the owner before the trip begins.
  • EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard or the vehicle is not functioning correctly, pull over immediately and call me. If an accident or incident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify immediately on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then please call me.
  • DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately to Camplify Please report; who, what, where and when occurred. Then please call me!
  • FUEL Please return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
  • CLEANING Please clean the equipment and Motorhome before returning. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
  • CHEMICAL TOILET The chemical toilet must be emptied and washed out prior return or a fee will be applied.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We recently hired this motorhome from Maureen and Jim and couldnt have been happier with the experience. From the moment we made contact, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The motorhome was immaculate, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. It was clear that Maureen and Jim take great pride in their vehicle and genuinely care about their guests having a fantastic experience. Their communication was excellent throughout, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident and prepared before setting off. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend hiring from Maureen and Jim to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable motorhome and exceptional customer service.     We had the most amazing time in Winnie! This van is immaculate, comfortable and communication with Jim and Maureen was 10/10! We will be hiring Winnie again! We booked 4 nights and it wasn;t enough! Thanks so much Jim and Maureen.

    The van was amazing to hire! So spacious inside. It had everything we needed. Jim was excellent and very easy to deal with. Hopefully we will be hiring 'Winnie' again soon !
