Hiring rules

• SMOKING No smoking inside.
• AWNING The Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• COOKING No cooking inside the van (please use BBQ provided).
• FREE DISTANCE TRAVEL UP TO 1000km EACH SEVEN (7) DAYS. Each kilometre over 1000 km per week will be charged at @ 85 cents per kilometre.
• TRIP/ROUTE APPROVAL Before we can approve your request, please advise the details of the trip and route.
• WHERE CAN YOU NOT GO To ensure you have a brilliant trip, please no Off road, Beach Driving or extended unsealed or gravel Roads. Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages with the owner before the trip begins.
• INSURANCE COVERAGE For your peace of mind, please be familiar with the terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
• PETS Pets only upon application only. If you wish to bring your pet, please bring your own linen. A small pet fee is applicable. Please let us know about your pets when requesting to hire.
• LICENSE REQUIREMENTS A full open C Class drivers license is required to operate the motor vehicle.
• PICK UP / DROP OFF TIMES Drop off and set up times are negotiable within the 24 hour period. Once set, changes must be preapproved in writing in the Camplify Messages with the owner before the trip begins.
• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard or the vehicle is not functioning correctly, pull over immediately and call me. If an accident or incident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify immediately on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then please call me.
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately to Camplify Please report; who, what, where and when occurred. Then please call me!
• FUEL Please return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Please clean the equipment and Motorhome before returning. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
• CHEMICAL TOILET The chemical toilet must be emptied and washed out prior return or a fee will be applied.

  We loved Winnie, she was perfect for the 3 of us. Took her to Woodfordia and as we now have powered sites, we could sleep in the comfort of air-conditioning. Comfortable beds, plenty of space and cupboard space and the outside swing gave us a great covered outdoor area with the privacy screen.

  We hired Winnie for 5 days and had an absolutely fantastic experience. It comfortably slept the four of us, with everything we needed included from a fully equipped kitchen (plates, cutlery, cups, pots and pans, etc.) to a clean onboard shower and toilet (towels provided). The bed was comfortable with all linen provided, and the van itself drove like a breeze smooth and easy to handle. It really was a "pack your clothes and go" type situation. A huge shoutout to Jim and Maureen, who were amazing throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they were incredibly helpful whenever we had questions while on the road. Highly recommend for anyone looking to travel in comfort and convenience. We'd definitely book again!
