Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

He made sure to explain everything at the beginning while also providing handy videos with the full setup and pack down instructions. Aleks was extremely helpful and walked me step by step with setup and all the features that the trailer got to offer. Highly recommend to everybody.
