Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

David 5.0We had a great time in Herbert's camper trailer. It was exactly as described - near new and in great condition. Good communication and Herbert was friendly and helpful. The auto inflation of the tent makes it so easy! And the Annex, although a bit of work, makes for a large undercover footprint protected from the elements. Thanks Herbert!
