This is one of the lightest double axle family vans available.
She will be comfortable for your family but also your towing vehicle.
Despite being a full size 6.45 meters (21ft), allowing plenty of space for a family of 5, it only weighs 2000 tare.
Set up for off grid camping to get you away from the crowds. 12v charging points and USB available at various areas of the caravan. A 240v generator is available as an optional extra.
Features separate toilet and shower with comfortable queen bed at the front and triple bunks along the rear.

Additional information
Van is fitted with a 7-pin flat wiring plug and an Anderson plug to run the fridge while under tow. An adapter to suit a 7-pin round is available. Gas usage is covered by the service fee, unless planning on being off grid therefore both gas bottles must be returned full and sealed.
Hiring rules
- CLEANING – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- We offer the option for you to selfclean the van and chemical toilet after your trip. Most of our hirers prefer to selfclean, and we provide all necessary cleaning products and materials.
- If you do not wish to selfclean, please select the cleaning option when booking (located under Optional Extras).
- Please note: The chemical toilet must still be cleaned by you — this is not included in the cleaning option.
- The van must be returned in the same clean condition as it was hired, or a cleaning fee of $50.00 per hour will apply.
- If you’re taking the caravan to a private property and plan to use the toilet, you are responsible for arranging appropriate waste disposal.
- Returning the van with waste and chemical still in the toilet cassette will result in a $100.00 fee due to the need for transport and disposal.
- IMPORTANT USAGE GUIDELINES
- 🚭 No smoking inside the van or annexe.
- 🚫 The van is not to be taken offroad. Registered gravel roads may be approved with prior written permission via Camplify messages.
- 🏕️ Free camping: The van is well equipped for free camping, however, your microwave, air conditioning/heating and power sockets will not operate.
- The battery supports all 12V and USBpowered accessories.
- Mainspowered appliances (i.e., standard powerpoints) will not work unless caravan is connected to a powered site.
- The fridge runs on gas, but a gas bottle lasts ~3 days.
- For free camping, both gas bottles must be returned full.
- Please advise if you plan to free camp, so we can ensure both bottles are full before your trip.
- 🌦️ Awning must be retracted and secured in the event of bad weather.
- ⚙️ The caravan uses a 7pin plug for navigation lights and brake controller.
- For the interior fridge and battery to operate while towing, your vehicle must be fitted with an Anderson plug.
- Let us know if you’d like the fridge prechilled prior to collection, especially if you’re loading cold food.
- TOWING NOTE
- This van is semi offroad and has a higher towball height than standard onroad vans. If your vehicle's towball is too low, you’re welcome to borrow our towball at no extra charge.
- Ideally you would have a brake controller fitted in your towing vehicle, if not you will need to add the loan of a wired controller into Optional Extras at $30.00 per booking.
- BOOKING TERMS
- A deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking approval to secure your reservation.
- 🐾 Pets are welcome but must stay off beds and couches.
- CARAVAN HIRE AGREEMENT
- Upon collection of the caravan, you will be required to review and sign a Caravan Hire Agreement, as required by my insurance provider. This agreement outlines key terms relating to usage, insurance, cleaning, and responsibilities during the hire period.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
