<p>does not require electric brake. . Alko hitch make towing easy. Has an electrobloc, Caravan supplied with 4 plates,cups, bowls, beakers and cutlery for 4. There is also basic kitchen equipment such as kettle toaster etc. Tea, coffee, milk ,sugar,salt and pepper also supplied.There are 2 full gas bottles, breathable ground sheet to go under awning.Have had 3 grandchildren ranging in age from 10 - 17 sleeping quite comfortably on spare bed. .No smoking in van please. Needs a 12 pin plug. But we do have adaptors if needed. Available for long term hire.. Happy for you to come and see van prior to hire and take as many photos as you like.

Hiring rules

• <p>Replace any breakages please follow short list of items to do before moving to ensure no damage. Fridge works well on 12 v during travel. However, do not use 12 volt any other time as will quickly flatten battery. Please leave van the way you picked it up is all we ask. Thank you Requires 12 pin flat plug but may be able to supply an adaptor (depending on what plug you have on your car). Happy for 3 +children to sleep, as we often have had this many children.
• Please do not have fridge running on gas or the gas turned on whilst travelling. Insurance will not cover damage caused by gas being left on. It is also illegal.
• Please ensure there is water in the hot water tank BEFORE turning on hot water system. This is easily done simply by turning on the hot water tap. If water runs, there is water in the tank. The of just the element. is $350.00. plus, cost of installing it.
• If you have a pet, please ask if allowed. It will depend on size and breed.
• Solar panels available if required,

  We had a really nice trip south of Perth, the camper was great, spacious and we were able to live off grid for 6 days with the help of a small generator. Warren and Phyllis were great to deal with and made everything easy.
