- Pickup / Drop Off times can be arranged on booking. We are quite flexible on available days and times. Drop off must be before 4pm on last day of hire or extra day will be added. Please allow time to unpack and clean the caravan prior to returning. - Off-road use is only allowed upon approval prior to hire. Hiring rules

• All damages must be reported upon return
• Strictly NO smoking inside Van
• Pets only if pre approved by us
• Pickup and Drop off times to be pre arranged
• Offroad use requires approval. Travel itinerary will be required.
• Hirer must be at least 25 years old
• EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• Annex must be packed away during extreme weather conditions.
• CLEANING The camper needs to be returned in the same condition as picked up to avoid cleaning charges please look after it! it should be cleaned on the inside after every hire. Outside and Underneath should be cleaned if taken offroad.
• Please note that all red dirt must be cleaned off prior to returning if there is any.

• Chemical toilet must be properly cleaned out if used. if not done properly cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply
• Any Damage (not including wear and tear) will be the responsibility of the hirer. This includes damage to the body, suspension, tire punctures, rips/tears in the canvas, fabric, flyscreens, stains and any other breakages/damages that could have been avoided.

  The Jayco Swan is easy to tow, set up and pack down. Getaway Campers communication was prompt and polite making the entire process easy. I definitely recommend Getaway Campers and will use them again in the future.

  Great van, we had an excellent time and enjoyed all it had to offer. Loved the hot water tap, reverse cycle aircon, microwave, front toolbox and the external shower additions to this model. The only challenging part of the set up is the awning and bed flys which we were not demonstrated at pick up, so I recommend watching a YouTube video to help with that initially. The van was well equipped with most things you need which is great. Luke gave us helpful instructions at pick up and answered all of our questions (I recommend filming this if you're new to this type of van). We would definitely recommend this van and Getaway Camper Hire.

  We had an excellent time in the 2024 Jayco Swan from Getaway Camper Hire. It was our first time camping with two young kids, and the camper made everything so much easier and more comfortable. Luke was fantastic super helpful, responsive, and made the whole hire process really smooth. The van was clean, well-equipped, and easy to tow and set up.
