Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Tim 5.0Van was in great condition and looked exactly like the photos. Towing and setup were a breeze. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Big thanks to Augustine and Family for letting me pick it up the night before to help with the big drive on the first day.

Pranav 3.8Augustine was good to deal with and had good experience. However We would not recommend Camplify as have unsatisfactory experience while we have tried to make claim for insurance for issue with repair of camper trailer. Camplify have charge over $550 for insurance premium over 17 days and still not happy to cover for repair cost while needed.
