Pet Policy We welcome pets with prior approval. • Please request approval before bringing pets. • The hirer is responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning required. • Pets must not be left unattended inside the caravan at any time. Awning Use To keep the awning in good condition and avoid damage: • Please pack the awning away during strong winds, storms or heavy rain. • Awning legs must remain attached to the caravan in the A-frame position and must not be detached. Important Information • While the caravan is well maintained, we cannot be responsible for any loss of accommodation or travel plans due to unforeseen mechanical issues. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance to protect your trip. • Please review Camplify’s full hiring terms and conditions before confirming your booking. • Abandoning the caravan will result in recovery, cleaning and any associated costs being charged to the hirer. Gas Bottles If gas runs out during your trip, bottles must be refilled rather than swapped. Our bottles are heavy-duty travel bottles designed for caravan use. If bottles are swapped using swap-and-go services, replacement charges may apply. Cleaning Responsibilities We ask that the caravan is returned in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning checklist will be provided prior to return. If the caravan is returned unclean, the standard cleaning fee will automatically apply. Toilet Cassette The toilet cassette must be emptied, flushed and cleaned before returning the caravan. If the cassette is returned unclean, a cleaning charge will apply. If the cassette has been overfilled and leakage is evident, an additional cleaning charge of $200.00 will apply. Cleaning Supplies Included The following cleaning items are provided during your hire: • Dishwashing liquid • Surface spray • Broom and dustpan • Dish sponges and cloths • Bin bags • Toilet chemicals Additional Cleaning Fees The following charges may apply if items are returned unclean: • Toilet cassette not cleaned – $200.00 • Excess pet hair or mess – up to $250.00 • Excess dirt, mud or red dust – up to $250.00 • Oven or cooktop not cleaned – $55.00 • BBQ not cleaned – $55.00 • Upholstery (mattresses, couch, magazine pockets, bedhead) stained or excessively dirty – $100.00 Additional Fees • Camplify booking fee applies • Interior cleaning and toilet servicing are not included but can be added as optional extras during checkout. Service Fee Includes The service fee covers preparation of the caravan before your trip, including: • Full gas bottles • Two full fresh water tanks (95L each) • Basic kitchen supplies and pantry staples • Cleaning supplies • Pre-hire and post-hire safety checks • Caravan handover and demonstration • Exterior caravan cleaning Please note: the service fee does not include interior cleaning or emptying of the toilet cassette. These services can be selected as optional extras if you would prefer us to handle them.

Hiring rules

• Hirers must have previous towing experience and a suitable preapproved tow vehicle with a minimum tow capacity of 3.5T.
• No smoking or Vaping in the caravan
• Pets allowed but must be listed
• No loose items on the floor including bikes/scooters store everything in cupboards, storages boxes or toolboxes to prevent damage while driving.
• Weight distribution extra items must be packed evenly; ask if unsure
• Mattress protectors must remain on beds Even when using a sleeping bag.
• Any damage must be reported immediately even minor issues should be reported so we can fix them for the next hire.
• No Nighttime Towing
• Off Road itineraries must be preapproved
• It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure all extras and hired equipment remain in the van and in place when vacating or charges will apply for replacement

  We had the best time away thanks to Brandon's van! It was so spacious and comfortable. We opted for delivery to site and the handover was a breeze. The air con was incredible to beat the qld heat. Communication was fast and easy. We even left behind a laptop by accident and Brandon called immediately before we were too far away to notify us. We highly recommend this van and we wouldn't hesitate to hire it out again :) thanks so much!
