Special towing information
Driver of the tow vehicle must be 25 years of age. You do not require electric brakes in your vehicle to tow our caravan, for an additional fee of $30 per hire we can supply you with a portable brake controller unit. Our van has a 12-pin plug. You will legally be required to have towing mirrors fitted to your vehicle, if you do not have a set you can hire from us at an additional fee of $25 per hire. When booking a caravan site, be mindful that the overall length is 28ft. If you require any of the above, please be sure to let us know in your enquiry.

We give you a detailed demonstration on pick up on how to carefully set up and pack up our caravan, use of the appliances, use of toilet and shower and any other relevant information that you need to know to ensure you have the best time away on your adventure! Our Caravan comes to you with the following features: - Barbeque ($50.00 per hire, if hired) - Shower with hot and cold water - External outside shower with hot and cold water - Queen island bed - 3 single bunk beds - All beds fitted with mattress protectors - All beds have individual 12volt USB power - Reverse cycle air conditioning - Foldable clothesline - 24" TV - Stereo and speakers throughout - Extra large fridge - Grill - Stove top cooker, one electric and 3 gas burners - Microwave - Kettle, toaster, all cooking utensils - Plates, cutlery, bowls, chopping boards etc etc - First aid kit and burns kit - Cleaning and washing equipment - Toilet paper, fly spray included as well - If selected, Linen is sheets and towels only. - Minimum delivery fee is $100.00 When booking a caravan site, be mindful that the overall length is 28ft. Hiring rules
- SMOKING ls not permitted inside our caravan
- HIRER Must be 25 years of age or older
- PETS Are not permitted
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call
- Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- CLEANING If the hirer is choosing to clean the van, cleaning products are supplied. A cleaning fee of $350.00 is required if the van is picked up/returned in an untidy state. If toilet/shower area needs cleaning, a fee of $$285.00 is required. If owner is required empty and clean the toilet cartridge, a fee of $350.00 will be charged.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
