Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Founded in 2007, Oz Satellite Rentals provides a rental service for Satellite Phones, GPS units, UHF Radios and Camper Trailers. Unlike traditional rental companies that require you to visit their store, Oz Satellite Rentals conducts all business over the internet. Use our website to submit a booking request, and we'll promptly get back to you about the availablity of products you wish to rent. You can then pay us by credit card or bank deposit, and once we've received your payment we'll send the items to you via courier to ensure prompt delivery. Then once you've finished with the products, just post them back to us. Easy. Of course you can still talk to us on the phone if you prefer, just as you can pick-up and drop-off your items if you so wish. Of course these options do no allow as much flexibility, but we understand that some customers may prefer this. Our director, David Funston, has been in the adventure instustry for many years. A qualified 4WD trainer, David knows exactly what you will need for your 4WD or camping trip, and will be able to advise you on which of our products will best suit your needs.
